2025 Urban Libraries Fellows Convening

Thank you for your interest in ULC's in-person convening of the Urban Libraries Fellows this October 21-22. Please complete this brief registration form to provide details about your attendance, dietary restrictions, and other needs.

Please note:

• This event is invite-only and open only to the two fellows per participating library system. Please do not forward this registration form.
• Fellows are responsible for booking their own transportation and housing through ULC’s housing block.
• Fellows who plan to stay for the ULC Annual Forum (October 22-24) are also responsible for completing the Annual Forum registration form.
• Annual Forum registration is comped for ONE individual per library system. One fellow per library system may use the code Fellows1 to receive a comped registration fee.

Tuesday, October 21

Wednesday, October 22
 - 8 - 9 a.m.          Breakfast
 - 9 a.m. - Noon   Morning Sessions
 - Noon - 1 p.m.   Lunch
 - 1 - 4 p.m.          Afternoon Sessions
 - 5 - 6:30 p.m.     Fellows are invited to attend the ULC Annual Forum opening reception.
